How we start: the AI Audit
Fixed scope. We interview the attorneys and, separately, the staff doing the work, because the two groups usually describe the same workflow differently, and that gap is where the time leaks. You get a ranked list of what to fix first and a roadmap you can act on without us.
The Audit also covers your firm's AI policy and how tools are vetted, including client confidentiality and verifying output before anything is filed, aligned with the duties described in ABA Formal Opinion 512.
If you want us to, we build the highest-value workflows alongside your team, train them to run the workflows, or stay on as your fractional CIO.
